1)Trays,
platters and serving dishes that are used to serve food at meals must
be designated for meat or dairy and not used interchangeably,
especially if being used to serve hot food.
This is especially important for wood, ceramic and earthenware trays. (See Darchei Teshuva Yoreh Deah Siman 95:1 and 2)
2) Sephardic
Jews who follow the ruling of the Bais Yosef may be lenient if
necessary and use glass trays interchangeably if they have been
thoroughly cleaned between uses. Ashkenazi Jews should be stringent.(See
Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah Siman 135:8 and Shulchan Aruch and Rama Orach
Chaim Siman 451:26. See also Darchei Teshuva Yoreh Deah Siman 121:2
that according to some Poskim, even Ashkenazi Jews can be lenient in
cases of necessity, except for Pesach usage)

Is
there any mekor (source) for standing up when a Chosen & Kallah
walk down the chupah? I understand standing up for a zaken or a talmud
chochom (if the father or mother fit that description), but what about
a typical situation, where the chosen/kallah and their parents are not a zaken and not a Talmid Chochom/Rav, am I obligated to stand up for them?
Answer:
There
is no real Mekor for this. It is a minhag that developed based on the
facttha Choson is likened to a King, and of course for a king we stand
up. (See Tashbatz Katan Siman 465)
Our holy sages, the Chazal tell us
תנא דבי אליהו כל השונה הלכות בכל יום מובטח לו שהוא בן עולם הבא, שנאמר הליכות עולם לו, אל תקרי הליכות אלא הלכות - one who studies [at least two] Halachos daily is assured a portion in Olam Haba - the world to come. (:מגילה כ"ח )
